A member of the Home of Representatives, and All Pogressives Congress (APC) Senatorial candidate for Taraba South Danjuma Shidd has known as for the launched of the Director Normal (DG) of his marketing campaign council from police custody .
The lawmaker, representing, Wukari/Ibi Federal constituency, of Taraba State made the demand on Thursday, explaining that the DG of his marketing campaign council was arrested on allegation that he was inciting the general public as he protested the removing of his marketing campaign banners.
In accordance with the lawmaker, the arrest was focused at him as a senatorial candidate operating in opposition to the incumbent Governor for a similar seat.
“I’ve come to let you realize that we are going to do every little thing legally to make sure that democracy thrive in Taraba. We’ll observe up all of the authorized course of to make sure we get justice,” he mentioned.
He confused that he would use all authorized means to free the DG, including that the nation is in a democracy and would make sure the unlawful arrest and detention didn’t stand
He disclosed that the trial courtroom has positioned a bail situation of N50 million and Secretaries within the State as a bail situation.
