Reps Minority Chief mourns ex PDP chair Ogbulafor

Minority Chief of the Home of Representatives, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu has expressed unhappiness over demise of former Nationwide Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Social gathering (PDP), Vincent Ogbulafor.
