The Lagos State authorities has intensified the clampdown on industrial motorcyclists, also called Okada within the state.
This was introduced by Dr. Fredric Oladeinde, the state Commissioner for Transportation at an inter-ministerial media briefing on Thursday, held at Alausa, Ikeja.
It could be recalled that the Lagos State Authorities had earlier said that it’s contemplating a complete ban on the operations of Okada riders in all of the native authorities areas (LGAs) within the state.
He mentioned Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Lagos State Governor accredited a complete ban on further 4 native governments within the state ranging from September 1.
