All Progressive Grand Alliance, (APGA), governorship candidate for Enugu 2023, Hon. Frank Nweke Jnr has regretted that since Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi mounted the podium as the chief governor of Enugu state, the state has deteriorated as a substitute of transferring ahead.
Nweke mentioned that for the previous seven years, Enugu has been taking place step by step as refuse has taken over each nook and cranny of Enugu metropolis whereas most roads had been in sorry state.
