The Central Financial institution of Nigeria (CBN) has revealed that it’s going to redesign the N200, N500, and N1,000 notes.
CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, who disclosed this throughout a particular press briefing in Abuja on Wednesday stated the apex financial institution will start circulation of the notes as from December 15, 2022.
The CBN boss stated the redesigning undertaking was because of a request from the federal authorities.
